| Is there a minimum order
size? |
| Yes, there is a different
minimum order requirement applies to our products.
However,
there's no minimum order size for sample order or
trial order. |

| How long will it take
to get what I order? |
For every order, there
are generally two things that contribute to how fast
your merchandise will arrive at its destination.

Basically, the item
& quantity decide the lead-time. Please contact
us to get the estimated production time. |

Once your order is shipped from
our factory, the time it takes to arrive is determined
by the method of shipment and the destination.

| How can I track my orders? |
| Depends on the delivering
method & forwarder, you may be able to track your
order by calling the forwarder or surfing on their website.
Or you are welcome to contact us to find out the status

| Is freight included? How
much do you charge for shipping? |
| All of our prices are
F.O.B. TAIWAN. Freight is always additional, and will
be added to your order at the time of invoice. We always
ship via the most economical method available to us,
unless you specify otherwise. We receive discounts from
our shipping partners, and we pass along that savings
